I love that this fun project could serve two purposes: as part of a child room’s decor or a toy for the little kiddo. It’s looks so simple to make with your leftover ribbons and ric-racs. The body of the jelly fish looks like a baby’s hat to me. Perhaps you can use an old baby hat? Just a thought. 😉
